Anti-Theft - Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS)

The passive anti-theft system (PATS) consists of the following components:

• THEFT indicator located in the instrument cluster
• encoded ignition key
• transceiver module surrounding the ignition key lock cylinder
• PATS control module located under the instrument panel on the center support
• powertrain control module (PCM)
