Power Brake Booster: Removal

Disconnect the power brake booster hose.
Remove the battery tray.
Remove the brake master cylinder. See MASTER CYLINDER .
Remove the nut on the back side of the hood latch release handle and position it aside. See Fig 1.
Remove the screw and the instrument panel steering column cover. See Fig 2.
Disconnect the light switch rheostat resistor electrical connector. See Fig 3.
Remove the self-locking pin. See Fig 4.
Remove the clevis pin. See Fig 5.
Remove the power brake booster nuts and the power brake booster. See Fig 6.
