Removal & Installation

  1. Remove brake shoes. See BRAKE SHOES .
  2. Remove wheel cylinder.
  3. Depress parking brake cable retaining clip and remove from backing plate.
  4. Remove backing plate rivets. See Fig 1.
  5. To install, reverse removal procedure.
