PTO Status: Description

This menu selection can be used to determine status of PTO system on your particular application. Some transmission OBD-II monitors are disabled during PTO and split shaft operation. Vehicle must be out of PTO mode to clear DTC P1000. When selecting this function, a message will be displayed on scan tool, "PTO Active" or "PTO Non-Active".
