EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) COOLER

REMOVAL
1. Remove the intake manifold.







2. Remove the stud bolts and bolt. Separate the EGR cooler from the intake manifold.







3. Remove and discard the gasket and O-ring.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Apply clean engine oil to the O-ring.
