ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT - With A/C

Removal and Installation

7.3L engine

1. Drain the coolant system. Service and Repair

2. Disconnect the upper radiator hose.

6.0L engine

3. Remove the Cooling Fan - Blade, Clutch and Shroud. Service and Repair

All vehicles

4. Rotate the drive belt tensioner counterclockwise and remove the drive belt.






5. NOTE: For correct belt routing, refer to Description and Operation
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
