Inspection and Verification

- Verify the customer concern.
- Inspect the entire fuel cooling system for obvious signs of damage, using the following chart.VISUAL INSPECTION CHART
Mechanical Electrical - Leaks or weeps at the following components:
- Coolant expansion tank
- Radiator
- Coolant pump
- Fuel cooler
- Turbocharger actuator cooler
- Hoses
- Inoperative or damaged components:
- Coolant pump
- Wiring or connectors
- Leaks or weeps at the following components:
- If the inspection reveals an obvious concern, repair it as necessary.
