In-Vehicle Repair: Flywheel: Installation

  1. Install the flywheel, reinforcement ring and 10 new bolts. Tighten in 2 stages, in the sequence shown in the illustration.
    • Stage 1: Tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
    • Stage 2: Tighten to 94 Nm (69 lb-ft).

  2. Install the clutch disc and pressure plate. For additional information, refer to CLUTCH .
