Master Cylinder: Assembly

Use clean High Performance DOT 3 Motor Vehicle Brake Fluid C6AZ-19542-AB or equivalent DOT 3 fluid meeting Ford specification ESA-M6C25-A to lubricate the new piston assembly seals.
Carefully install the secondary piston assembly.

Carefully install the primary piston assembly.

Install the snap ring.
1. Depress the primary piston.
2. Install the snap ring.

If so equipped, install the brake pressure switch.

Install the brake master cylinder. Refer to Brake Master Cylinder .
