Turbocharger Actuator Cooler: Installation

- Position the turbocharger actuator cooler and install the bolts. Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown in 2 stages.
- Stage 1: Finger-tighten the bolts.
- Stage 2: Tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).
- Tighten the turbocharger actuator bolts.
- Tighten to 19 Nm (168 lb-in).
- Connect the expansion tank-to-turbocharger actuator cooler hose to the actuator.
- Connect the turbocharger actuator cooler-to-radiator hose to the cooler.
- Fill and bleed the fuel and turbocharger cooling system. For additional information, refer to Fuel and Turbocharger Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding .
