Removal And Installation: Radiator: Removal

  1. Drain the fuel and turbocharger cooling system. For additional information, refer to Fuel and Turbocharger Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding .
    2. NOTE: The side bolt does not have to be removed to remove the fuel cooling system radiator.
  2. Remove the cooling system radiator bolt. Remove the fuel cooling system radiator by sliding it up off the retainers.
