Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the rear seat bottom.
    1. Release the two spring clips.
    2. Remove the rear seat bottom.

  2. Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the rear seat safety belt buckle bolt and the rear safety belt buckle.

    3. NOTE: Apply Ford Threadlock 262 (E2FZ -19554-B) or equivalent to fasteners when installing safety belt buckle or retractor assemblies.

  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
