Brake Pressure Differential Valve - Without ABS

- Connect the gauge set.
- Bleed the brake system. Refer to BLEEDING - HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

- Press the brake pedal until the front brake pressure is 1,961 kPa (284 psi). The rear brake pressure should be 1,961 kPa +/- 196 kPa (284 psi +/- 28 psi). If not as specified, replace the brake pressure control valve.
- Press the brake pedal until the front brake pressure is 5,884 kPa (850 psi). The rear brake pressure should be 2,476 kPa +/ - 196 kPa (398 psi +/- 28 psi). If not as specified, replace the brake pressure differential valve.
