Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the license plate housing. For additional information, refer to EXTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
  2. Remove the liftgate latch screws.

  3. Remove the liftgate latch assembly.
  4. Transfer all necessary components.
  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
