Rear Quarter Window Glass - Wagon: Removal

WARNING: To prevent glass splinters from entering the eyes or cutting the hands, wear safety glasses and heavy gloves when cutting the glass from the vehicle.

Remove the quarter trim panels. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
Remove the rear quarter window glass nuts.

Using a soft brush or vacuum, remove any dirt or foreign material from the pinch weld.

NOTE: Lubricate the existing urethane adhesive with water to aid the special tool while cutting.

Using the special tool, place the flat side of the knife against the quarter glass window. Start at the top and work towards the corners cutting around the window studs.
Remove the rear quarter window glass.
Using a soft brush or vacuum, remove any dirt or foreign material from the pinch weld.
