Removal and Installation

NOTE: Make sure the headlamp switch and the ignition switch are in the OFF position.

Remove the headlamp assembly.
1. Remove the bolt.
2. Remove the retaining rods.
3. Remove the headlamp assembly.
Disconnect the headlamp assembly wiring harness.

NOTE: When installing, make sure the headlamp assembly is positioned correctly so that it aligns with the boss and the holes of the reinforcement.

NOTE: Make sure the headlamp wiring harness does not get caught between the headlamp and grille opening reinforcement. If it does, position the harness free of all mounting points.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
