Transaxle Support Insulator - 3.0L 4V: Removal

NOTE: If the transaxle mount is not integral to the side pan, refer to TRANSAXLE SUPPORT INSULATOR-3.0L 2V .
  1. Raise the vehicle.
  2. Remove the LH wheel and tire. For additional information, refer to WHEELS & TIRES .
  3. Place the high lift transmission jack under the transaxle.

  4. Remove the engine and transaxle upper support insulator nut.

  5. Remove the engine and transaxle upper support bracket bolts and bracket.

  6. Remove the engine and transaxle upper support insulator bolts and insulator.
