Removal and Installation

Raise and support the vehicle.
Remove the front splash shield. For additional information, refer to FRONT END BODY PANELS .
Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
Disconnect the lower radiator hose and the reservoir supply hose, and remove the radiator lower tube bolt.

Lower the vehicle.
Release the tabs on the power distribution box and position aside.

Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector retainer and harness pin-type retainer.

Remove the radiator upper tube bolt, and disconnect the radiator vent tube.

Remove the radiator tube assembly.
1. Disconnect the upper radiator hose and the engine vent hose, and position aside.
2. Disconnect the radiator tube assembly and remove from the vehicle.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
