Valve Cover LH: Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
  2. Remove the ignition coil. .
  3. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose.

  4. Release the wiring harness from the valve cover studs and position aside.

  5. Release the wiring harness from the valve cover studs and position aside.

  6. Position the spark plug wires aside.

  7. Remove the LH valve cover.
