Removal and Installation

Remove the LH and the RH valve covers. For additional information, refer to VALVE COVER LH and VALVE COVER RH .

NOTE: Identify the location of each rocker arm. Each rocker arm must be installed in the original location.

Remove the bolts and the rocker arms.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Tighten the rocker arm bolts in two stages.
- Stage 1: Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Stage 2: Tighten to 32 Nm (24 lb-ft).
