Removal and Installation

Remove the pump pulley. For additional information, refer to POWER STEERING PUMP PULLEY-CIII .
Loosen the clamp and disconnect the power steering reservoir-to-pump hose (3E525).

Loosen the fitting and disconnect the power steering pressure hose (3A714).

Remove the bolts and the power steering pump (3A674).

Using the special tool, install a new seal on the power steering pressure hose fitting.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Fill and leak check the system. For additional information, refer to STEERING SYSTEM-GENERAL INFORMATION .
