Front Seat - 20 Percent: Installation

All vehicles
- Position the seat.
- Position the safety belt anchor. Install the center seat LH rear retaining nut.
- Make sure the safety belt is not twisted prior to installation.
- Install the center seat RH rear mounting bolt.
Vehicles with SIR
- Install the front seats. Refer to FRONT SEAT - With Seat Integrated Restraints (SIR) .WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, read and follow all warnings, cautions, notes and instructions in the front seat removal and installation procedure.
- Reactivate the supplemental restraint system (SRS). Refer to Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Deactivation and Reactivation .WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, read and follow all warnings, cautions, notes and instructions in the supplemental restraint system (SRS) deactivation/reactivation procedure.
- With all the restraint system diagnostic tools removed, prove out the supplemental restraint system (SRS). Refer to AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS
.WARNING: The restraint system diagnostic tool is for restraint system service only. Remove from the vehicle prior to road use. Failure to remove could result in injury and possible violation of vehicle safety standards.
- Check the active restraints for correct operation. Refer to
SAFETY BELT SYSTEM

Vehicles without SIR
- Install the front seats. Refer to FRONT SEAT - Captain's Chair and 40 Percent .
- Check the active restraints for correct operation. Refer to SAFETY BELT SYSTEM .
