Disassembly and Assembly

Remove the seat backrest. Refer to REAR SEAT BACKREST - Excursion, Second Row .
NOTE: The 60 percent seat is shown, the 40 percent seat is similar.
Remove the screws for load floor panel.

Remove the screws.

Remove the armrest. Refer to SEAT ARMREST - Excursion, Second Row, 60 Percent .
Unclip the J-clips.

Remove the seat handle clip and handle.

Position the upholstery, then remove and discard the pin-type retainers.

Position the upholstery and remove the hog rings.

Lift the backrest pad and remove the headrest guide pins.

Remove the upholstery.
Remove the staples, then the backrest pad.

Remove the screws.

Remove the mat holder from the cup holder.
Remove the screws.

Unclip the J-clips.

Remove the upholstery.

To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
