Removal and Installation

NOTE: The following removal and installation procedures apply to all original equipment mounted video cassette player (VCP) units.

Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
Remove the floor console. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL AND CONSOLE .
Remove the four screws.
- Remove the floor console trim panel.

Remove the VCP screws.

Remove the VCP and bracket assembly.

Disconnect the VCP electrical connector.

Remove the four screws.
- Remove the brackets.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
