Removal and Installation

With vehicle in neutral, position it on a hoist.
Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding .
Disconnect the upper radiator hose and the radiator overflow hose.

Remove the cooling fan. Refer to COOLING FAN - Blade, Clutch and Shroud, 6.0L Diesel Engine .
Disconnect the lower radiator hose.

Disconnect the transmission cooler tubes.

Remove the radiator support brackets and radiator.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
