Damper - F-250, F-350, 4x4, and F-450, F-550: Removal

NOTE:
The procedure for the Super Duty F-250, F-350 4x2 steering damper is similar.
- Position and lock the wheels in the straight-forward position. Raise and support the vehicle.
- Remove the bolt and nut.
- Remove the bolt and nut. Remove the damper.
