Removal and Installation

Vehicles with 5.4L and 6.8L engine

Disconnect the hoses.

Vehicles with 6.0L engine
Disconnect the hoses.

Remove the screws and the reservoir.

Vehicles with 6.0L engine
Remove the pushpin.
- Slide the reservoir toward the engine to detach the reservoir from the bracket and remove the reservoir.

All vehicles

NOTE: The reservoir hoses are marked to show the correct location and orientation. Make sure that the hoses are correctly installed to the reservoir.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Fill and leak check the system. Refer to STEERING SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION .
