Test I: Restraint System-Side Air Bag Status (DTC B2295): Description

Restraints Control Module (RCM) checks all side air bag circuits for faults. If RCM detects low resistance, open circuit, short to battery or short to ground, it will store DTC B2295 in memory and flash Code 22 or 23 on AIR BAG warning light.
