Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module: Disassembly

  1. Remove fuel filter cap by turning counterclockwise. Remove fuel filter and discard "O" ring. See Figure.
  2. Remove manifold cover screws and remove cover. See Figure. Remove and discard press-in-place gasket.
  3. Remove return valve assembly. See Figure.
  4. Remove fuel pump mounting screws and remove fuel pump. See Figure. Remove and discard fuel pump "O" rings.
  5. Remove fuel conditioning module mounting bracket screws and remove bracket. See Figure.
