Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module: Assembly

Install the conditioning mounting bracket and screws. See Fig 4. Tighten screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Install NEW "O" rings on fuel pump and lubricate with clean engine oil. See Fig 5.
Install fuel pump and mounting screws. See Fig 3. Tighten screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Install return valve assembly. See Fig 2.
Install a NEW press-in-place gasket in fuel manifold cover. See Fig 6.
Install fuel manifold cover and screws. See Fig 1. Tighten screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Lubricate "O" ring on NEW fuel filter and install fuel filter into horizontal fuel conditioning module. See Figure. Lubricate and install NEW "O" ring on fuel filter cap. See Figure. Install and tighten cap to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
