Glow Plugs: Installation

All glow plugs

Install the glow plug.

Clean and apply clean engine oil to the O-ring seals.

Install glow plug buss bar.

Connect the glow plug electrical connector.

RH glow plugs
Apply RTV silicone sealant to the edge of the evaporator case that was trimmed for glow plug buss bar removal.
Install the RH splash shield. For additional information, refer to BODY PANEL SYSTEM - FRONT END BODY PANELS -- EXCURSION & F250-F550 SUPER DUTY
Position back the transmission indicator tube and install a new M6 retaining nut.
