Removal & Installation

Remove secondary fuel filter and drain housing. See FUEL FILTERS .
Disconnect fuel return tube from fuel pressure regulator cover. See Fig 1.
Remove fuel pressure regulator cover screws and cover. See Fig 2.
Remove and discard fuel pressure regulator cover "O" ring seal. See Fig 3.
Remove restrictor, spring and poppet valve. See Fig 4.
Clean fuel pressure regulator bore in fuel filter housing. To install, reverse removal procedure. Install NEW "O" ring on fuel pressure regulator cover.
