Exhaust Gas RECIRCULATION Valve: Installation

Install NEW "O" rings and lubricate with clean engine oil. See Fig 4. Install EGR valve and bolts. Tighten EGR valve bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Install throttle plate adapter and bolts. See Fig 2. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Install intake adapter and charge air cooler tube. Connect EGR valve electrical connector. See Fig 1. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
