Removal & Installation

Remove air cleaner. See AIR CLEANER . Disconnect and plug engine and radiator vent hoses from the degas bottle. Remove bolts and position degas bottle aside. See Fig 1. Loosen intake tube clamp at turbocharger and remove bolts from intake tube support bracket. See Fig 2. Remove turbocharger intake tube. To install, reverse removal procedure.
