Removal & Installation (3.0L 2V)

NOTE:
Spark Plug Wire Remover (T74P-6666-A) is required to perform this procedure. See Figure.
Note spark plug wire location before removing. Using Spark Plug Wire Remover, grasp and twist spark plug wire boot back and forth on the spark plug insulator to release the connector. See Fig 1. Disconnect spark plug wires from ignition coil by twisting while pulling upward. Open spark plug wire separators and remove spark plug wires. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure spark plug wire position noted during removal procedure. Apply Silicone Dielectric Compound to inside of spark plug wire boots.
