Secondary Air Valve (3.0L 2V - Flex-Fuel)

Disconnect secondary air valve, EGR tube, vacuum line and air pump tube. Remove retaining bolts and remove valve from vehicle. See Fig 1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten secondary AIR valve mounting bolts and EGR tube to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
