Removal & Installation

Raise and support vehicle. Remove 3 bolts and 7 screws retaining lower radiator splash shield and remove from vehicle. Slide splash shield toward rear of vehicle. Disconnect air pump connector and air pump tube. See Fig 1. Remove nuts and bolts retaining air pump bracket to sub-frame and remove air pump assembly. See Fig 2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
