Removal & Installation (3.0L 2V)

Disconnect Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve tube at EGR valve. See Figure. Disconnect differential pressure feedback EGR sensor. See Figure. Disconnect EGR tube nut at the exhaust manifold. Remove EGR tube from exhaust manifold. See Fig 1. If a new EGR tube is being installed, transfer differential pressure feedback EGR sensor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten EGR valve tube nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
