Removal & Installation

Disconnect the negative battery cable. EVAP canister purge valve is located at rear of engine compartment. Disconnect the canister purge valve electrical connector. See Fig 1. Remove the vacuum hose. Remove the vapor hoses. Remove the mounting nuts and remove canister purge valve. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Perform after repair procedure.
