Right Removal

  1. Position the vehicle on a hoist.
  2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
  3. Disconnect the exhaust pressure (EP) tube at the exhaust manifold.

  4. Remove the bolts for the turbocharger adapter pipe.

  5. Remove the bolts and the exhaust manifold.

  6. Using a straight edge and a feeler gauge, check the exhaust manifold for warpage. Compare with specifications.
