Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove headlight switch. Carefully release 4 retaining clips and remove steering column opening cover.
  2. Remove 7 instrument panel finish trim bolts. See Fig 1. Remove instrument panel finish trim. Remove 4 instrument cluster bolts. Disconnect wiring harness connectors. Remove instrument cluster. Remove transmission range indicator, if equipped. To install, reverse removal procedure.
