Removal And Installation

- Remove the heater core and evaporator core housing. For additional information, refer to Heater Core And Evaporator Core Housing in this article.
- Disconnect the 2 mode door actuator electrical connectors, detach the routing clip and position the wire harness aside.
- Remove the 3 upper plenum chamber screws.
- Remove the 5 lower plenum chamber screws and the plenum.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
