Removal & Installation

  1. Remove the valve covers. See VALVE COVERS . Disconnect the harness connectors from the glow plugs. See Fig 1.
  2. Disengage the attaching clip and remove the connectors from the fuel injectors. See Fig 2. Disconnect the harness connectors from the valve cover gasket.
  3. Remove the fuel injector/glow plug wire harness retaining clip. See Fig 3. Disconnect and remove the harness connectors from the valve cover gaskets.
  4. To install, reverse removal procedure.
