Removal & Installation

  1. Remove the brake pedal position switch. Disconnect the harness connector. Remove the clip. Remove the switch and the bushing. See Figure.
  2. Disconnect the speed control deactivator switch harness connector and detach the wiring harness retainers. See Figure.
  3. Remove the speed control deactivator switch. See Fig 2.
  4. Remove the upper mounting bolts. See Fig 1.
  5. Remove the brake pedal bracket/power booster nuts and the brake pedal. See Figure.
  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
