Instrument Cluster Module Self-Test

To enter Instrument Cluster Module (ICM) self-test, press and hold instrument cluster SELECT/RESET button. Turn ignition switch to RUN position while continuing to hold SELECT/RESET button. Within 5-8 seconds, odometer will display "tESt" to begin self-test mode. SELECT/RESET button must be released within 3 seconds of odometer displaying "tESt" to begin self-test. Repeatedly press SELECT/RESET button to scroll through ICM self-test displays. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MODULE SELF-TEST DISPLAYS . When odometer displays "dtc", press SELECT/RESET button again and any continuous DTCs will be displayed before odometer advances to next display. See SYMPTOM INDEX  table under SYSTEM TESTS. To exit ICM self-test, turn ignition switch to LOCK position or press and hold SELECT/RESET button for 3 or more seconds and release.
