Before disconnecting any fuel line, release fuel pressure from fuel system to reduce possibility of injury or fire. See FUEL PRESSURE RELEASE . Fuel tank filler pipe grommet must be removed prior to removing fuel tank from filler pipe or damage to fill pipe check valve will occur.
