Removal & Installation

Remove the radiator. Loosen the clamps and remove inlet and outlet ducts from charge air cooler. Remove 2 charge air cooler stud bolts and remove charge air cooler. See Fig 1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten charge air cooler stud bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
