Removal & Installation

On vehicles with adjustable pedals, remove the brake pedal motor. See BRAKE PEDAL MOTOR .
On vehicles with fixed pedal, remove stoplight switch retaining pin. See Fig 1.
Slide the stoplight switch and booster push rod from the brake pedal pin.
On all vehicles, remove the brake pedal and bracket retaining nuts. See Fig 2.
Position the brake booster assembly out of the way.
Remove the brake pedal and bracket.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
