The steering wheel switch illumination is inoperative	Wiring, terminals or connectors Message center switch Steering wheel controls switch Steering wheel harness Clockspring SCCM	GO to PINPOINT TEST D .
The Audio Control Module (ACM) illumination is inoperative - base AM/FM radio	Wiring, terminals or connectors ACM	GO to PINPOINT TEST E .
The Audio Control Module (ACM) illumination is inoperative/does not dim - except base AM/FM radio	MS-CAN ACM	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the ACM , REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK . If the scan tool communicates with the ACM , INSTALL a new ACM . REFER to DRIVER INFORMATION SYSTEM & ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM . TEST the system for normal operation.
One or more switch illumination is inoperative	Wiring, terminals or connectors Door lock control switch Illuminated switch	GO to PINPOINT TEST E .
The window control switch illumination is inoperative	Window control switch	CHECK the operation of the power windows. If the power windows operate correctly, INSTALL a new window control switch. REFER to WINDOWS & GLASS - GLASS, FRAMES & MECHANISMS . TEST the system for normal operation. If the power windows do not operate correctly, REFER to WINDOWS & GLASS - GLASS, FRAMES & MECHANISMS .
All network controlled illumination does not dim	Controller Area Network (CAN) concern BCM	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication to any module on the CAN , REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK . If the scan tool communicates with the modules on the CAN , INSTALL a new BCM . REFER to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULE . TEST the system for normal operation.
The Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) illumination is inoperative	HS-CAN IPC	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the IPC , REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK . If the scan tool communicates with the IPC , INSTALL a new IPC . REFER to INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEM, MESSAGE CENTER & WARNING CHIMES . TEST the system for normal operation.
The HVAC module illumination is inoperative	MS-CAN HVAC module	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the HVAC module, REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK . If the scan tool communicates with the HVAC module, INSTALL a new HVAC module. REFER to HVAC - CLIMATE CONTROL SERVICING . TEST the system for normal operation.
The Trailer Brake Control (TBC) module illumination is inoperative	HS-CAN TBC module	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the TBC module, REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK . If the scan tool communicates with the TBC module, INSTALL a new TBC module, REFER to AUXILIARY BRAKE SYSTEM - TRAILER BRAKE SYSTEM . TEST the system for normal operation.
