Removal and Installation

Remove the RH and LH A-pillar trim panels. For additional information, refer to A-PILLAR TRIM PANEL in this service information.
Remove the RH and LH B-pillar trim panels. For additional information, refer to B-PILLAR TRIM PANEL - REGULAR CAB in this service information.
Remove the RH and LH sun visor screws and the sun visors.
- If equipped, disconnect the electrical connectors.

Remove the RH and LH sun visor retaining clips.
- Remove the sun visor retaining clip screws.

Disconnect the headliner electrical connector located behind the upper B-pillar trim panel.
Fully recline the front seat backs.
Remove the RH and LH garment hooks.
- Open the garment hook screw covers.
- Remove the garment hook screws.
NOTE: Make sure not to crease the headliner when removing it from the vehicle.

With an assistant, remove the headliner through the door opening.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
